Cancellation Policy
Effective for all appointments made after April 1st, 2022: All clients will be required to keep a card on file when making appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total at my discretion. This charge can then be applied to your rescheduled service! Appointments that are no showed (a no show is considered more than 15 minutes late without notifying me) will be charged 100% of the service total and will NOT be applied to any future appointment. You will also only be allowed to book any other appointments with a 20% deposit.
